What is your cancellation policy?

A full refund is provided if the booking is cancelled (by email) twenty days or more before the start of your holiday. We do not refund campers due to bad weather, or if campers decide to leave early. If you do not arrive on the date of your booking, your pitch is held until noon the next day, after which the booking is cancelled and the pitch re-let. We advise camping cover as part of your holiday insurance.

When can I arrive at the campsite?

Arrival is between 1pm and 5pm on your date of arrival.

When do I have to leave on my day of departure?

Departure is 10:30 at the latest on your departure date.

Question 4

Is there a noise policy?

Accepted Answer

Yes. A no-noise policy applies after 10pm to respect other guests. Music and radio are also prohibited.

Do you allow large groups?

Not by default. We can occasionally accommodate larger groups by prior arrangement. Drop us a line if you'd like to enquire.
